Stewart is the Founder and Managing Director of Independent Mediators Australia. An experienced Nationally Accredited mediator and registered psychologist, he has expertise in complex employment and workplace disputes both, within and between organisations.
Prior to his mediation experience, Stewart has occupied senior and executive management positions across a variety of sectors while continuing to maintain a small private practice as a registered psychologist. This mix and breadth of experience enables Stewart to understand extensive workplace contexts, while prioritising a calm and emotionally intelligent approach to alternative dispute resolution.
