About

Wendy is the founder and principal of Mediation Matters Melbourne.

Since commencing her career as a family lawyer in 1999, Wendy has been successfully assisting clients in resolving their post-separation matters relating to children, property, and finances. In 2011, Wendy shifted her focus to practising exclusively in mediation and family dispute resolution.

With a background in psychology, Wendy is compassionate and understanding of relationship challenges and the developmental needs of children. Her constructive approach aims to help clients resolve their issues respectfully and collaboratively, with a focus on moving forward. 

Given her extensive experience, Wendy also consults as a trainer and coach for Relationships Australia and Monash University.
